This week the focus is on 70s & 80s soul/boogie/disco with a sprinkling of house and a few sought-after pieces from recent years. Plenty of terrific records for your consideration, from rarities to the cheap but great. Special mentions must go to Heaven Sent & Ecstasy (rare modern soul in beautiful condition), Record Mania office favorite Karin Jones, Lalomie Washburn's hard-to-find mini LP, a genuine first issue of Special Edition Band's "At last", reggae/dub disco from Risco Connection and George & Glen Miller (Ain't no stopping us now" & "Easing"), the Balearic masterstroke from Gothenburg duo Studio (single LP first issue) and "Pink footpath" by Louis (an amazing Italian 80s production).
